This photomanipulation was made for a contest. The contest rules where to choose some fine art painting and change it the look to a fantasy one.
I take this Bouguereau painting: [link] , a portrait of Lady Maxwell.

The blending is not so good as i want it to be but i'm not all dissapointed.

I love the basket hats on the birds. This has a real cohesive look, very well done. Like an illustration in a very good magazine. I'm having trouble explaining... The owl on her shoulder, the crane with the hat...it's just so inspired. Has humor, but it's also surreal.

Amazing! And whachu talkin' bout the blending, this resolution at least it's perfect. The critters have so much personality, and are placed really well. The feeling of fine art really has carried through as well.
